This is the form that you need to complete if you want to have any type of booth space at Springfield PrideFest. Booth spaces are 10′ x 10′ and prices vary depending on what you will be vending and whether or not you are a not-for-profit. Every booth space rental includes an 8′ table and 2 chairs. More chairs and tables may be rented as needed. In addition, every booth is required to use a 10′ x 10′ tent to cover their space. If you do not have one, you can rent one. If you are selling anything, you must have a City of Springfield vendor permit. The fee for this is included on the form and we will take care of getting all permints. All of the details are on the Vendor form.
This is the form that you need to complete if you want to be a sponsor of Springfield PrideFest. Sponsorships come in all sizes and each comes with a variety of benefits. Sponsors, regardless of size, are very important to the success of our event and we appreciate the support!
We could not do it with out our volunteers. We need at least 100! Sign up alone, sign up with friends, or maybe your civic group or club might want to take part…? There will be a volunteer training prior to the event.
