From Stonewall to Springfield
When we gather at 5th and Allen, we remember we are continuing a movement. In June 1969, the patrons of the Stonewall Inn stood up for their right to exist, sparking the first-ever Pride marches. Today, we carry that torch forward. By participating in the Springfield Pride Parade, you are honoring that history of resistance, resilience, and radical joy.
Be Part of the Legacy
Whether you are marching to celebrate how far we’ve come or to advocate for the work still ahead, your presence matters.
We kick off at 11:30 AM from the corner of 5th and Allen, marching straight to the Main Stage.
Your arrival marks the beginning of our opening ceremonies!
Every float, every banner, and every person in line is a living tribute to those who fought before us!
